You Are:
A Performance Management and Goal Management specialist, skilled in driving clients through digital HR transformations. Your ingenuity, analytical insight, and human-centric approach empower you to solve intricate performance and goal-setting challenges. Capable of navigating complex projects, designing performance strategies, and inspiring your team, you have a passion for excellence.
The Work:
Initiate transformation programs in Performance Management and Goal Management with your specialized knowledge.
Guide clients on how to optimize SAP SuccessFactors for enhancing performance evaluations and goal setting.
Design and implement strategies for short-term and long-term performance and goal alignment.
Collaborate and negotiate with senior managers within clients to strategize on key Performance and Goal Management issues.
Utilize your judgment and expertise to drive critical Performance Management and Goal Management initiatives.
Lead or participate in diverse teams and manage projects in the Performance and Goal Management domain lead large teams and projects at a client.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Management and Goal Management processes and technology
Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, focusing on Performance and Goal Management modules.
Must be certified in SuccessFactors PMGM
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Bonus points if:
Understand SAP’s business development process, particularly related to Performance and Goal Management solutions
Have experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior HR and business leaders
Possess an in-depth understanding of SAP on-premises solutions and a conceptual grasp of SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management
Have exposure to other performance-related solutions, methodologies, or certifications
