WORK YOU’LL DO
In this role you will be responsible for leading sales and delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow the Tech Portfolio: Works with the Client Group and Market Unit Technology Sales Leads and CAL on sales strategy and planning at the account level.
Builds strong client relationships, and personally drives the origination of Technology sales opportunities in support of the wider sales plan; identifies relevant offerings and campaigns and drives pursuits at the account.
Deliver Client Success: Drives the successful delivery of one or more TS contracts; manages the Cost to serve and optimization of cost structure of engagements; sponsors delivery and improvement initiatives.
Follows delivery management and governance guidelines for the account and portfolio, proactively reporting and actioning exceptions and assuring implementation of delivery rigor.
Trusted Technology Practitioner: Represents Accenture Technology to the client across the portfolio of Technology Services opportunities and contracts.Advocates for Accenture’s suite of integrated services in alignment with client needs.
Takes ultimate responsibility for managing and orchestrating the account’s relationship with the relevant Technology ecosystem partners.
People & Stewardship: Establishes a diverse account team, manages people matters (performance management and achievement of targets like chargeability) and proactively contributes to employee engagement.
PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management
Bachelors degree in the related discipline
