About The Team
Join our close-knit team of 8 EAs, where you’ll play a crucial supporting role for our Executives and senior managers. We’re a collaborative team that values regular morning catch-ups to start our days off right. While the majority of the team is currently based in the UK and Germany, this role will mark the first EA position in Canada, contributing to the team’s growth.
We love to stay connected through virtual socials, allowing us to foster strong relationships and create an enjoyable work environment. As a like-minded individual, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into a diverse range of tasks, including email and calendar management, project support, expense assistance, events coordination, and workshop management. About The Role
An Executive Assistant at The Adaptavist Group or any of its companies will play a key role in helping the business grow, pushing for the level of rapid growth that we currently achieve into the foreseeable future, and supporting the team with the challenges that come with that.
This role will mainly cover general administration, operational duties and supporting the Executives by freeing them of tasks in order to help them focus on managing their areas of the business day to day. The role will involve challenges daily which will need creative and collaborative solutions working with various stakeholders internally and externally, at all levels.
