RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the effective project management and delivery execution of large complex client implementations. Accountable for planning, managing, leading and motivating a cross functional team to implement projects in support of ADP sales.
Leading and managing comprehensive project plans, issue management, risk identification and management, change management and resource management utilizing the Implementation PMO standard PM best practices and methodology.
Lead the project plan from initial project identification to hand off to the Client Service Delivery team.
Responsible for communicating to project stakeholders including the ADP leadership team and client project teams and to transfer their PM knowledge/skills to other members of the Implementation team
Managing strong healthy relationships with stakeholders, project teams and external vendors ensuring that project delivery expectations are clearly defined and met. Build and maintain a reference-able customer relationship
Assisting in the continuous evolution of the PMO best practices and coach/mentor members of the Implementation team
Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Project Status Report, Lessons Learned, Post Implementation Reviews)
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate, or equivalent work experience
PMP certification is required
5-8 years demonstrated project management experience with a strong experience in project management methodologies and project management tools
Familiar with all phases of Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Demonstrated and proven leadership skills, excellent decision making and problem solving skills
