What you’ll do?

• Provide operational support to our partnering firms, including Harness Investment Management, Foundation Wealth Partners & our White-Labelled PM Firms.
• Respond to a high volume of requests daily prioritizing according to urgency.
• Build relationships with top Advisors to offer exceptional service (more here?)
• Process account transactions and perform audit/reconciliation activities and/or other activities by establishing priorities and understanding the various transactions within client accounts (Cash, TFSA, RRSP, RRIF, LIF, LIRA, and TFSA).
• Work independently to service Advisors and their clients regarding deposits, withdrawals, money movement, and transfer inquiries and escalate to the Director as required.
• Resolve discrepancies/ exceptions that frequently deal with more complex requests, requiring further analysis.
• Occasionally engage directly with clients, which includes pulling in appropriate stakeholders to drive solutions for challenging situations.
• Adhere to regulations and execute best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with external partners and internal teams to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

We’re looking for?

• 2-4 years of proven professional experience in the client servicing or operations role.
• Excellent client service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Someone who can communicate complex ideas in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
• You thrive (or excel) in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Experience using SQL, Zendesk, and Excel is an asset.

Nice to have:

• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry.
• Good understanding of back office, and middle office wealth management operations.
