AECOM Looking for Mechanical EIT at Ontario Full Time

Job Description

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Perform design of Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC systems

• Perform Energy and HVAC calculations and analysis using industry programs (i.e. EE4, eQuest, Carrier HAP)

• Ability to use and create excel spreadsheets to assist with calculations and analyses

• Assist with the design and drafting of mechanical systems in 2D AutoCAD and MicroStation; training will be provided as required for CAD and Engineering programs

• Assist with the design and drafting of mechanical systems in 3D REVIT; training will be provided as required

• Experienced at using computers and utilizing Windows 10, e-mail, internet, MS Word, and Excel

• Preparing written reports and deliver results in a clear manner to technical or non-technical persons

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Registration as an EIT

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation considered a strong asset

• Strong communication skills, spoken and written

• Able to work independently or as part of a team
