Job Must Haves

• 3+ years of supervising experience in a warehouse facility
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience over-looking 15+ employees

Job Duties

• Supervising and managing a team of 20+ employees
• Delegating tasks to individuals on the warehouse floor
• Communicating with staff members including higher management in different departments
• Training, coaching, and directing corrective action to resolve day-to-day operational problems
• Scheduling shifts and departments
• Ensuring daily productivity goals are hit
• Other assigned supervisor tasks needed

• Afternoon shift
• Monday – Friday
