JOB DESCRIPTION: Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining production equipment for automotive client. Duties include:

• Maintenance of production equipment using preventive/predictive work order
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace electronic equipment used in automation lines
• Troubleshoot maintain and /or modify production equipment which includes electrical, hydraulic, mechanic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all types of electric and electronic equipment used in the automatic robotic work cell.
• Wire new control panels according to drawings and verbal instructions while implementing all applicable legal standards and regulations.
• Inform the Maintenance Team Leader about modifications made to control circuitry and update all applicable drawings in a timely manner.
• Attend equipment break down calls, close work orders in timely manner, fill out all necessary details including description, remedy and root cause.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• 442A license OR a 309A license
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician
• Knowledge of electrically controlled equipment (PC’s, PLC’s, control wiring, hydraulics)

SHIFT SCHEDULE: Night shift (11pm-7am)

• Please note: must be comfortable TRAINING on day shift for approx. 3 months.
