Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent. We are actively seeking a General Handyman to help us create masterpiece basements in the Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
AGM’s Handyman will read a PDF copy of work to be finished. The Handyman will take the job from 95% complete to 100%, and get the client’s sign-off.
Work includes, but not limited to:
- Purchase and install registers
- Purchase and install access panels
- Purchase and install bathroom fixtures
- clean windows
- silicone showers
- caulk/fill holes, paint, install fireplace
- tiling
- materials delivery
Handyman reports directly to the project manager and will leave the site 100% clean when done. Handyman will also sometimes be called for odd jobs, left by other trades that may have been called away for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Drywall
- Taping/mudding
- Painting
- Flooring installation
- Baseboard, doors & casing installation, filling and painting
- Creating MDF access panels for Electrical panels and/or water meter access
