Tasks:
• Support the implementation of the Canadian subsidiary
• Support product procurement requirements for the corporation
• Coordinate customer orders and invoicing
• Ensure the supply of products for the Canadian market (orders, transfers between warehouses, etc.)
• Gather information in preparation for purchasing group quotes and product registrations at the provincial level
• Maintain a high standard of service to customers and the various stakeholders of the subsidiary
• Make reports required by the corporation, purchasing groups, government agencies, subsidiary, etc.
• Coordinate the various projects related to the establishment of the subsidiary (marketing, information research, etc.)
• Support activities in quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, etc.
• Support the continuous improvement process
Required skills and competencies :
Mandatory
• Bilingual orally and in writing
• Knowledge of common computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Comfortable in learning different computer systems
• Organized, resourceful, autonomous and flexible
• Establish priorities and schedule according to objectives
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to work under pressure
• Love to learn and bring new ideas for improvement into everyday work
• Face-to-face office work in about 6 to 12 months. Teleworking at the beginning of the mandate and partially thereafter.
• DEC (minimum) in a scientific or administrative field
