Here is what you will do

RHS is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator for our Burlington branch. The Branch Care Coordinator provides support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.

• Provides service to customers by providing general information and directs inquiries to appropriate staff members.

• Provides information/demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory..

• Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and books follow-up appointments

• Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.

• Assists staff with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.

• Assists in the management of equipment, devices, and internal assets.

• Supports co-workers and other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.

• Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.

• Contribute to a safe work environment by following and encouraging safety protocols.

• Improves the operation of the branch by participating in quality improvement activities.

Here is what you will need

• College Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with strong data entry skills.

• Able to work flexible hours

• 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center or in Office Administration

• Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment

• Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment
