Talent Acquisition Partner
Our People & Culture and Customer Experience division is looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven, resourceful individual to join our Talent & Inclusion team in a full time Talent Acquisition Partner role; building, growing, and shaping the future of our organization to effectively match the right people with the right career opportunities.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent and Inclusion, this role is accountable for full cycle talent acquisition, leveraging external digital platforms, influencing brand awareness and talent acquisition best practices, creates positive and inclusive candidate experiences, strategically partners with Business Partners, develops, prepares, and interprets Workday talent acquisition dashboards and reports. This position also has the ability to positively influence decision making at various levels of leadership by providing proactive, recommendations, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities in this role:
Provide strategic talent acquisition recommendations to improve efficiency and overall employee experience.
Engage with Business Partners for sourcing strategies, internal/external talent pool availability etc.
Liaise with external partners (e.g., various university/college student programs, agencies supplying contingent workers, industry partnership programs etc.)
Lead online and campus presence talent strategies and manage external talent partnerships (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Careers website, university career fairs & networking events);
Source, screen, interview and advise on the selection of talent (e.g., specified term, permanent, students, and contingent workers).
Generate and present offer letters, internal movement letters, manage pre-employment screening and employee relocation engagements. Manage creation of new/modification of existing job descriptions and postings.
Generate and modify workforce and talent acquisition dashboards, reports, and analytics.
Capabilities of an ideal candidate:
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Designations considered an asset: CPHR or RPR;
At least five years of experience in a full cycle talent acquisition role;
Ability to manage dynamic and inclusive recruitment activities
Apprised of current and future recruitment best practices and labour trends
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
You can navigate the Microsoft Office programs with a high level of confidence.
Skills considered an asset: Workday Recruitment, Power BI.
