EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
LOCATION: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
Under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources and as part of the HR team, the Employee Engagement and Development Coordinator (EEDC) will use their expert knowledge to assist Algoma Public Health (APH) in retaining and motivating productive, engaged employees to create a high performance, sustainable organizational culture. The EEDC will contribute to the achievement of APH’s objectives by supporting the development, implementation, coordination and improvement of a broad range of employee programs and initiatives that meets the Agency mission, vision, values and strategic plan.
