Job Description
Reporting to the Chair, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all facets of the curriculum update process for multiple programs within the Algonquin Centre for Construction Excellence (ACCE). The incumbent provides impact analyses of changes to the Chair and program coordinators, and follows through with College departments to confirm the validity of the information. The incumbent is responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of faculty workloads, course loading, timetabling and registration data. The incumbent is also responsible for the initiation and termination of part-time contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) year diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in a client centered environment;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel at the intermediate level.
Anticipated Weekly Schedule
- Flexible schedule accommodated: 3 shifts at 8 hours per day OR;
- 4 shifts at 6 hours per day.
