Align Chiropractic and Wellness Center is looking for a receptionist to our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, the ability to multi-task, take initiative and be comfortable learning various computer programs.
We are looking for someone to work three shifts a week, each shift being 4 – 5 hours in length. The ideal candidate will have flexibility during the week and be able to work at least one Saturday a month. The schedule is known a month in advance.
While previous reception experience would be considered an asset, it is not required.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Manage client appointments and maintain provider schedules
- Respond to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Collect and record patient information and payment
- General office administration tasks
- Direct bill insurance companies (experience preferred, but not required, training provided)
Start date: Training will begin in April
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
