Outbound Call Sales and Scheduling Service Appointments

· Talking to customers and prospects on the phone.

· Replying to emails, writing up estimates

• Monitoring and transferring office calls and emails.
• You will be on the phone calling open estimates, customers due for service, aging customers, postcard lists, etc.
• PC and Windows computer literate.

Skills and Requirements:

-Typing speed at 65 words per minute.

-Must be able to work and connect with people effectively to ensure an excellent customer experience.

-Must reside in the Edmonton surrounding area.

– Learn and utilize company specific software.

-Microsoft Office: fluent with Word, Excel; Power Point and Photoshop a plus.

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You have real experience in outbound calling. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
