As a Load Broker/Logistical Planner, you will be responsible for planning and tracking freight to and from a variety of locations both Domestic and International, contacting carriers directly, getting the right equipment, and ensuring service expectations are clearly met. Negotiate and develop rates with carriers.

This role will ensure that freight is being picked up and delivered on time and with the best rates. Building strong relationships with carriers, and sourcing new carriers for existing and new business. The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are vital to the success in this role.
We are looking for someone with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a tenacity and eagerness to complete challenging tasks and work as a team. For the right candidate, this role could lead to a full-time opportunity.
Previous experience in a brokerage business as well as exceptional customer service skills will be our priority in identifying our next team member.
