At Alliance Wellness, we believe in using an integrated team approach to healthcare. We have over 30 practitioners in two locations that work together to tailor a treatment plan specific to each patient’s health and wellness goals.
We are looking for one person to join our amazing front desk team who is passionate about healthcare, wellness and ensuring that our patient experience is one to remember. We treat all of our patients like guests in our own homes! Please note, this role will require you to work in both of our locations: www.alliancewellness.ca .

As a sucessful candidate you:
~Are a motivated, self starter who likes to fill down time with “things to do.”
~Have excellent time management skills, are organised and thrive on multitasking. (We have two clinics, so comfort with dual line phone usage and computer skills are a must have!)
~Work well with others and have a drive to learn more. See the need and fill it!
~Effectively communicate with patients who are new to our clinic and also our long standing patients, that love us like we love them.
~Adaptable, embraces change and enjoys learning new things.
~A positive team player that celebrates supporting the front desk team by providing excellent customer service and communicating clearly between the front desk staff to keep everyone up to date.
~Is accountable and reliable.
~Can work both during the weekdays, and weekends. Opening and closing shifts as needed. We will work with you on this and ask that you are flexible in return.
~Enjoys using CRM systems, like the Jane.app, or can be trained to use it quickly so we can book patients efficiently.
~Supporting allied health care practioners with the administrative work so they can focus on seeing and treating their patients.
~Experienced in paramedical billing for third party providers, ICBC and WSBC. (This can be trained too.)
~Working knowledge of Slack and “all things Google” to keep inter-office documents up to date and communication flowing.
~The ability to accept constructive criticism knowing that it comes from a place of care and a desire to see you do your best!
** Starting salary may be negotiable depending on the level of allied health care customer experience and computer/Janeapp skills you already have.**
