Manager Responsibilities
- Weekly staff meetings to review issues, problem-solving, staff feedback.
- Review clinic inventory and place orders for office supplies, skin products, Surgical Supplies, Etc.
- Organizing Staff Schedules and shifts
- Organize Payroll
- Marketing: Arrange promotions on services and products
- Review Website performance (visits, conversions,SEO,ETC)
- Promotions on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Organize promotional client events (Open House)
- Human Resources: Hiring/Evaluating/Reviewing Staff
- Meet with surgical and cosmetic products representatives.
- Communicating with landlord re: Maintenance, repairs, lease, etc.
- Arranging for cleaning, maintenance and office repairs ( electrician, carpenter, cleaning service, Etc.)
- Bookkeeping for clinic accounts (Clinic bills, Accounts Receivable. Days End Petty Cash, Etc.
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
