Under the supervision of the manager, you will be in charge of producing leases annually and amendments as well as offering excellent customer service to our tenants.
Responsibilities:
– Implement “block” lease renewal activities in targeted homes.
– Ensure that the annual renewal of assigned leases is done within the prescribed deadlines.
– Ensure the rental activities of parking spaces.
– Prepare the files for the administrative tribunal of the housing.
– Carry out the necessary checks to detect problems of insalubrity (vermin) and refer to the services concerned.
– In collaboration with the rental agent – Living environments, identify cases of unauthorized occupation and prepare the files for the administrative tribunal of the housing.
– Represent the organization before the administrative ministry of housing and other organizations.
– Participate in the development of standard methods and procedures.
– Participate in different projects and committees according to the needs of the organization.
Profile sought:
– Great sense of communication
– Excellent customer service
– Experience with a disadvantaged audience
– Fluency in French and good knowledge of English
– Basic knowledge of mathematics, skills for the application of laws, regulations, etc.
Minimum academic training required:
– Diploma in social assistance, social work, administrative techniques or special education.
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a socio-economic aid agent, in a position of help or assistance to a disadvantaged clientele or in an administrative position within a socio-community organization.
