This position is a diverse role in the branch which supports the branch on operational and administrative components. The Sales and Service Administrator will provide resourceful support as relates to normal administrative duties, support to Member Service Representatives, overseeing treasury duties and certain responsibilities related to and in support of the branch verification binder (branch administrative binder). This role will also have cash transactional and reception duties as required to fulfill branch needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support front line employee such as Member Service Representatives as relates to overrides, mentoring, problem solving and general assistance for routine transactions
Back up on the front line and reception as required along with other direct member/client contact inquiries and processing duties
Treasury duties- ordering cash, balancing treasury and respective GL’s, loading CDU, foreign currency management
Responds to member inquiries by phone or e-mail
Reviewing and auditing daily and bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly branch reports as required
Assists in the opening and closing duties of the branch and vault
ATM deposit processing, loading and balancing
Incoming/outgoing wire transfer processing and balancing
Safety deposit box maintenance and member/client service
Management of drafts and ATM cards supplies
Ordering branch supplies
Branch marketing material current and updated throughout the branch
Branch verification binder responsibilities as assigned
Audits, cash counts and report reviews as required – weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, Semi-annually and Annually.
Resolves member/client issues at first point of contact where possible and refers to senior internal officers based on the complexity of the situation.
Ensures ongoing compliance and adherence to operational policies, procedures, objectives and Code of Business Conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Branch documentation is coordinated in a manner that is efficient and ensures that the branch runs smoothly with minimal disruption, allowing sales staff to focus on their priorities
Qualifications
Post secondary education preferred combined with 2 years related experience in a similar role in a financial institution or a high school diploma coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative role ideally in a financial institution
Good knowledge of products and services offered by a financial institution
Strong knowledge of various computer application including Word and Excel etc.
