Busy Newmarket Dental Office is looking for a Dental Receptionist to add to our amazing team!
Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate, reliable, team player who can multi-task / problem solve and have the ability to establish strong patient relationships.
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner in person and over the phone.
Hours include: Approximately 36-41 hours per week ranging from Monday – Saturday
Candidate must be able to work 2 evenings per week and some Saturdays
– Tracker experience is preferred
– Dental Assisting background preferred
– Minimum 3 yrs experience required
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients, scheduling and confirming of appointments, patient billing, maintaining / updating patient records, payment processing, answering calls, Covid 19 screening of patients, responding to emails as well as texts via our communication software, and recall notices. Other duties as assigned.
