As a Finance Transformation Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Transformation team and report to the Finance Transformation Manager. You will play a key role in the delivery of an extensive transformation program to optimize various processes within the Finance department.

• Participate in the planning, design and implementation of various projects of process improvement and organizational transformation, and lead some initiatives from beginning to end
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and different finance teams to analyze, optimize, standardize and formalize key finance processes from end-to-end
• Communicate project plans, methodology, outcomes and changes to key stakeholders
• Define success metrics and monitor implemented initiatives to evaluate their success
• Document procedures, process-flows, and other deliverables for users and leadership

• A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or similar principles
• Experience in management consulting, and/or in process improvement and change management projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and a structured mindset
• Empathetic outlook and ability to effectively deal with various types of stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational skills and high autonomy
• Bilingualism (an asset)
