Position Overview:
AmoreLab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. As a key member of our sales force, the Senior Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with AmoreLab’s goals and objectives.
2. Utilize traditional sales techniques, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals, to drive revenue.
3. Leverage in-depth industry knowledge to navigate market trends, competitors, and potential challenges.
4. Network effectively to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry peers, and stakeholders.
5. Articulate the value proposition of AmoreLab’s solutions with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Lead complex negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
7. Adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the sales landscape.
8. Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior sales team members.
9. Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Analytics) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to analyze sales data, track performance, and make informed decisions.
10. Stay tech-savvy, incorporating modern sales technologies (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) and digital platforms for increased efficiency.
11. Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding and meeting the unique needs of clients.
12. Apply strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions.
13. Commit to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and technological advancements.
14. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative in a related industry.
2. Strong traditional sales expertise, with a track record of successful deals and revenue growth.
3. In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Advanced negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
6. Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
7. Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
8. Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends.
9. Tech-savviness with a familiarity with modern sales technologies.
10. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
