Job description
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Interview students to obtain educational background and career goals
– Identify barriers to students and assist students with such matters as study readiness skills, etc
– Assess need for assistance such as further training and planning
– Provide established study/career plan with information and strategies, making or adjusting to study transitions
– Advise students on college application
– Accurately maintains students’ information and creates reports
– Follow up students’ situation by helping them to develop effective and standardized college prep consulting curriculum and workshops
Qualifications and Skills:
*University degree in a related Education field
* 5 years related experiences in college preparation and career planning
* Superior writing and communication skills
* Knowledge of Local education system
Assets:
*Teaching experience
*Ability to carry out various tasks, desire to have high impact in a fast environment
*Knowledge of US colleges and universities
Working Hours:
A flex schedule. Weekend may required.
Salary:
$50 – $150 per hour depending on experience
