Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer portfolios and nurturing customer relationships. At Andgo, we value our relationships with our customers; this candidate is passionate about building relationships and working with customers to continuously learn about their challenges, find solutions, and highlight successes, which in turn allows us to develop meaningful products. A CSM has both a deep understanding of the Andgo product and an understanding of customer needs and has skills to proactively orchestrate the customer’s journey towards their goals.
This will require working closely with our customers and possessing a thorough understanding of the Andgo system’s operation, how it fits within a customer’s IT landscape, and their day-to-day business operations.
