My client a leading provider of key services to the public and private sectors, taking after many different types of properties, both large and small, currently managing over 3000 properties in London, the Midlands, and Home Counties.
At the present we are looking for a Handy Person to join the team, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of carrying out day-today repairs and snagging to our managed portfolio. You will need to be able to work within a team as well as an individual.
About You
- Previous experience background in property repairs and management
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Own initiative and work well under pressure
- Work with strict deadlines
About The Role
- Properties are located within M25 so applicants must be prepared to travel
- Jobs will be allocated in advance with a set schedule of works, including painting, decorating, leaking taps, carpentry works, hard wired smoke alarms etc
- 5 days a week and alternate Saturdays
- Salary up to £30.000/year
