Title: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Reports to: Luke Shaheen, Managing Partner
Location: Regina – Head Office
Measures of Success
Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping duties, preparation of bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax filings (GST, WCB, T4, installments), and general office assistance as required. This role is key support to the Managing Partners in all front office functions and is the secondary point of customer contact; providing ongoing customer service through problem solving, analyzing challenges, providing solutions, and completing jobs in a timely manner.
This position is responsible for administrative assistance across all APEX Active Entertainment Group companies. Working from the Regina Head Office, this dynamic role will be a critical link between each operating location and the managing partners.

Minimum Qualifications and Educational Requirements
This position will be full time, 09:00am – 17:00pm, Monday – Friday, from our Regina Head Office.
The pay rate will be between $50,000-$60,000 per year, plus health and dental benefits, as well as group insurance coverage.
