People & Culture Leader
About the Role
This is an On-site role where the People & Culture Leader is responsible for providing advice, consultation, and support to staff at all levels at APEX related to the professional practice of People & Culture. Specifically, the P&C Leader leads recruitment, employee relations & engagement, culture & recognition, and training and development. They initiate the implementation and review of People & Culture services, policies, and programs. The People & Culture Leader also serves as the front-line, first point of contact for all staff.
The People & Culture Leader works to deliver People & Culture practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture emphasizing honesty, trust, excellence, and stewardship. As P&C leader, you will lead strategic full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across the organization, including consultation on workforce planning and community outreach.
