Appliance Canada is currently looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Service Associate in our Concord location on Jane Street. Full-Time position available.

• Address deficiencies and escalate them up to the appropriate channels.
• You are courteous, empathetic and skillful at conveying information and ideas concisely and correcting issues promptly and professionally (excellent problem-solving skills)
• Your exceptional communication skills include the ability to listen closely to others, adapting your methods to suit your audience.
• The ability to multi-task
• Strong PC skills are required.
• Previous retail experience in a builder category would be an asset
