Armsoar Solutions Looking for Graphic Designer at Vancouver, BC Full Time

ArmSoar Solutions is a world leader in the high-performance composite radio control sailplane industry, with products enjoyed by enthusiasts worldwide. Over the past ten years, multiple national teams have used our products to take podium finishes at the World Championships, World Cup, European Championships, and other international and national events.

ArmSoar Media is a new marketing division formed to handle all our in-house marketing needs and the marketing needs of our eCommerce marketing clients. We like to understand our clients’ eCommerce business, their products, and vision and help them grow revenue as if they were our own.

Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager, you are a digital graphic powerhouse who can unleash your creativity to help drive engagement and sales for ArmSoar and clients. You are well organized, resourceful, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. As one of the first hires inside this growing marketing team, you get a direct say in how things are shaped and will be instrumental in building the foundation of something exciting. And, of course, you will be rewarded with both vertical and lateral growth opportunities, flexible hours, a competitive base salary, plus profit-sharing from our 30% marketing division profit-sharing pool.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an internal-use brand/graphic guideline for clients that have not provided a brand guideline

• Create high-quality on-brand digital creatives for multiple channels, such as social media, email, blogs, websites, and product pages

• Create high quality digital creatives for multiple channels, such as social media, email, and blogs

• Create branded assets and templates, such as reports templates, product labels, leaflets, business cards

• Design graphics for merchandise such as t-shirts and hats

• Communicate with team members to brainstorm and gather feedback on ideas

• Assist and collaborate with other internal or external teams

Requirements:

• Passionate about graphics and marketing with a desire to keep learning and being up to date with the current trends

• 3+ years of agency or in-house digital marketing experience

• Experience working with B2C eCommerce businesses is a plus

• Proficient in Affinity (Photo, Designer, Publisher)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Monday is a plus

• Experience with video editing is a plus

• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision

• Experience with Later, Teams, and Monday an asset

Additional Information

• While this position is currently remote, it may transition to hybrid in the future. You must be located in Greater Vancouver

• This position is permanent and full-time
