About the Position
Arteria is looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to plan and execute a portfolio of initiatives to strengthen Arteria’s voice in the marketplace. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, an exceptional ability to communicate, and a keen interest in AI and Financial Services.
Core objectives:
- Grow Arteria’s online community to increase awareness and engagement;
- Support direct marketing initiatives tailored to target clients; and
- Produce client-relevant and thought-provoking content.
What you will work on:
- Design, plan, and execute best-in-class LinkedIn marketing campaigns;
- Own and manage Arteria’s content calendar;
- Create and share regular content (short writing pieces, article/news commentary, and images/graphics) that is useful and relevant to current and potential clients;
- Represent Arteria on LinkedIn by managing the brand presence and interacting with the community;
- Establish and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of initiatives;
- Work with the broader go-to-market team on the planning and execution targeted marketing initiatives; and
- Maintain and update the company website.
What will make you successful:
- The art of communication. Written, verbal, or visual, the medium doesn’t matter – you’re an expert at transforming ideas and concepts into tailored messaging for your audience.
- Passion for curiosity. You enjoy getting smart on cool things like banking, technology and AI – you may not start with all of the context, but you always get yourself there.
- Experience. You have 1-3 years experience working in marketing or communications (an MBA or Communications degree wouldn’t hurt).
- Appetite for ambiguity. You can see what “great” looks like and enjoy the challenge of getting there (even if it’s hard!).
- Creativity in problem solving. You are energized by finding new and unique ways of solving problems (and you don’t let arbitrary norms hold you back).
- Love for autonomy and responsibility. You welcome the accountability that comes with ownership – it’s all worth it when you can truly sink your teeth into a problem.
- Obsession with organization. You think through big tasks, create great plans, and always leave time to polish – put simply, you run a tight ship.
- Speed in execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knack for details. You dive deep into the little things to make the big things happen.
