The Opportunity:
This is a rare chance to join a publicly listed start-up at the forefront of augmented reality platforms. The Partner Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving demand and adoption of ARway.ai, combining sales acumen with project management skills to acquire and onboard new clients and manage sales cycles effectively. You will work closely with pioneering technology, including AR headsets and mobile navigation solutions, and have the opportunity to influence the development and adoption of ground-breaking AR technology in various sectors.
The Role
The Partner Development Manager is responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities while managing and nurturing inbound leads. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise, project management
skills, and a solid understanding of technology integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrations & Sales: Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our AR wayfinding solutions. Guide prospects through the SaaS plan sign-up process and manage contract expansions.
Sales & Prospecting: Engage in daily prospecting activities to identify new leads, utilizing tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance the sales funnel. Lead Management: Efficiently manage inbound leads, providing guidance and support through the sales process to potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Take charge of an existing sales pipeline valued between $250K and $1 Million USD, aiming to close deals and foster business growth.
Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Chief Product Officer and Product Management team to synchronize sales
strategies with ongoing product development efforts.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in revenue teams, preferably with a background in technology or software sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and successfully close deals
or equivalent experience in managing accounts, customer success and renewals.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling product demonstrations.
Self-starter, able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
Familiarity with mobile app and technology integrations, as well as SaaS business models.
Must be fully available for video calls during Hours 10 AM – 6 PM GMT / 5 AM – 1 PM EST to cover EMEA & NA time zones.
