A.S.P. is looking for a Human Resources Administrator who will Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. A successful candidate will be required to work with integrity, respect, and take responsibility to maintain confidentiality.

What you will do:

• Organize and maintain personnel records physically and digitally
• Maintains HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick and personal time, etc.
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick, maternity, LOA, leave, etc.)
• Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts)
• Being the first point of contact and respond to queries about HR policies, programs, procedures, etc.
• Facilitate Employee onboarding and Training
• Assist Payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. LOA’s, sick days, etc.)
• Administers benefit programs by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, assisting with form completion, verifying submission, etc.)
• Other related duties, as required

Who you are:

• Must have knowledge of principles, practices and standards of HR administration
• Computer literacy is required, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer, and MS Outlook email with proficient typing skills.
• Must have experience in working on any Human Resources Information System with knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts
• Skilled in performing accurate data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Skilled in problem solving and decision making
• Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
