Aston Carter Looking for Customer Excellence Manager at Montréal, QC Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Speak with 45-50 Restaurants between the 3 days working in the field.
• Visit merchants on site; build strong relationships with them.
• Investigate and address merchants’ needs and concerns regarding services
• Outreach (both over the phone and in person) to current merchants to book visits, source photo and menu optimization.
• Source photos across the web.
• In person customer promotion.

MUST HAVES (SKILLS)

• 1 year of customer experience (office)/account management/D2D Sales or merchant support experience.
• Comfortable working weekends occasionally for special events.
• Strong command of English and French.
• MS Office, Google Suite (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets).
• Ok with on-site work (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on site; Monday and Friday at home).
• Has a car and valid driver’s license (candidates must have their own car insurance).

NICE TO HAVES

• SQL.
• Deep knowledge of the MTL

geographical area.

• Food & beverage industry.
• Software: Salesforce, Slack.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Schedule: Monday to Friday.

– Shift Time(s): Work from home days: 10am – 6pm. Field days: 7 hours in the field + 1 hour at home (flexible).

Flexibility during work from home days? Not at the moment, WFH days are standardized.

• WFH/Office: 3 days on the road/2 days at home. Monday and Friday are WFH. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on site.

– Dress Code: Casual – Candidate can be as comfortable as they want if its appropriate.

TRAVEL

This position requires on-site visits 3 days/week to current merchant partners. When on the road:

– They will be given a mapped-out territory and weekly plan – all restaurants will be close together (downtown MTL and in the North of MTL and Laval).

• Travel will be expensed (lunch, kms, driving time).
• KMS reimbursed at 75 cents/KM.

– Lunches are expensed, up to $15 per field day (if the bill is less than 15$, then expense the exact amount of the bill – If the bill is over 15$, max expense is 15$).

• No need for logos on the car. Car condition does not matter so long as it does not impede the ability to reliably work.
