What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead or project manage a portfolio of L&D projects, including key cross R&D L&D initiatives (e.g., Navigate R&D, Future of Work, R&D Onboarding, etc.). You’ll build strong working relationships with business leaders and HR and Talent & Development (T&D) partners while providing learning consultation and expert L&D advice. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and building high-quality learning solutions that blend education, exposure, and experiential elements to drive employee professional growth and business outcomes.
