Parts and Service Coordinator
For more than 30 years Atlantic Air Cleaning Specialists Ltd. Has been a leader in the design, supply, installation and service of dust collection systems, weld smoke removal systems, vehicle exhaust removal systems, blast booths, air compressors, gas sensors, explosions prevention systems, high vacuum systems, quick fit ducting systems, ventilation systems, fans, blowers and paint booths and prep station for the auto industry.
Our customers are mechanical engineers, mechanical contractors, mineral processing plants, manufacturers, factories, auto dealerships, truck and tractor dealerships, fire departments, steel fabricators, welding shops, wood working shops, boat building shops, schools, colleges, mining and any other industrial applications that create air pollution in their process.
Position Overview:
As our business continues to grow throughout Atlantic Canada we require a reliable, team orientated and motivated skilled worker to help out with our installation and service team. The incumbent will work in a multi-facetted department responsible for managing inventory, placing orders and being the parts and service liaison for our customers and team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer parts and Service inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate and oversee parts and service sales orders
- Purchase parts and accessories
- Complete Shipping and Receiving duties
- Collect and handle customer payments and data transactions
- Schedule installations and service for technicians.
- Compose and complete parts quotations and orders
- Work with AACS Service and Parts technicians
- Maintain adequate parts inventory
- Coordinate sales, shipments and deliveries
- Talk with customers regarding their parts, filter and service needs.
Beneficial Experience:
- A valid driver’s license with clean driver’s record
- Ability to run new software and Microsoft applications
- Ordering and receiving parts
- Managing inventory
- Managing multiple schedules for service/installation teams
- Strong customer service skills

Salary: $40,000-$52,000 Per year depending on experience.
