Atlantic Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Centre is a modern, forward-thinking and innovative practice that specializes in oral surgery, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, orofacial pain and oral medicine treatments. Our team is dedicated to the highest level of patient care during all forms of treatment. Deadline for applications is April 20, 2023.

What you will be doing

• Supporting treatment coordinator lead with record gathering; CBCT scans, intra-oral scans, photographs.
• Communicating with patients who are considering dental implants through discussing the benefits of dental implants, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Coordinating financial planning with the patient through reviewing options and pricing.
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure that all aspects of the treatment plan are executed smoothly through communicating with the surgeons and the team.
• Handling administrative duties such as record-keeping, billing, letters, and scheduling appointments.
• Ensuring the necessary parts, tools, and information are prepared.

What you will bring

• A positive attitude with a welcoming and professional demeanour
• Able to multitask and work in a busy environment
• Candidates must be a registered and licensed Level ll Dental Assistant
• Previous dental implant experience in a dental setting is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
