Atlas Structural Systems Looking for Human Resources Internship at Moncton, NB Full Time

We are currently seeking candidates for the Human Resources Internship position with our Human Resources team in Moncton, New Brunswick. A successful candidate will be exposed to the recruiting life-cycle and current HR related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in the recruiting life-cycle from candidate presentation to offer acceptance.
• Coordination of administrative functions for HR systems and processes
• Participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public recruitment-related events.
• Document Control for HR & Safety
• Various HR administrative duties and special assignments as required

Education & Skills

• Post Secondary Education
• High level attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent Computer Skills: Excel, SharePoint, and Power Point
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Flexible, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a changing environment
• Marketing experience would be considered an asset
• Bilingualism would be considered an asset
