Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Director at Avebelle Cosmetic Clinic in Toronto, ON. The Clinic Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing staff, ensuring a high standard of patient care, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Clinic Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing initiatives, and optimizing clinic performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinic’s operations, ensuring all services are delivered with high standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies for client retention, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by enhancing the client experience at every touchpoint.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and expand the clinic’s market presence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or related healthcare facility.
• Strong understanding of medical aesthetics, skincare treatments, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with clients.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently.
