HR Administrator (Full-time)

We currently are seeking an HR Specialist (full-time) with a passion for helping others in any way they can.

What does a typical day look like for an HR Administrator?
Working in our Kitchener Office you will be working closely with our Corporate Administrator, and our Accounting Department and typically coordinating with office management to deliver tasks involved in human resources, health and safety, accounting and office management. This can include activities such as creation and posting job ads, candidate screening, and setting up and conducting phone interviews, offer preparation, new employee orientation, review and input of time and expenses, new project setups, etc.

Our best fit for this role would be an individual who has excellent communication skills and is able to take initiative independently. Success in this position requires an individual with a high degree of integrity and takes satisfaction in finding new opportunities for improvement.
Additional skills and experience we are seeking:
College diploma in Human Resources (based on the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework)
Two to three years’ work experience in a similar position
Excellent experience, knowledge and use of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and usage of Teams
Valid driver’s license
