As demand for Neo accelerates, we are adding Inside Sales Representatives to our Sales force! In this blended role, the professional will be calling on our existing client base, supporting our field sales team, as well as completing basic Revenue Operations activities. How you will make a difference
Monitor use and buying patterns of our customers and partner channels
Work with our Customer Success and Support teams to provide a full-service experience to our customers
Articulate the Avidbots value proposition (to business owners and front-line staff) in order to assess customer requirements and buying interest
Send engaging emails in addition to conducting highly effective follow-up phone calls
Manage contact data, sales campaigns, leads details, and opportunities in our CRM and other sales/marketing automation tools
Consistently achieve individual and team goals. Analyze sales and marketing metrics to help us optimize internal sales processes
Work closely with Sales peers & the Marketing team to establish ways to improve our sales strategies and execution
Our Inside Sales Representatives work with our clients and partners regularly. To succeed in this role, you must be both tenacious and emotionally intelligent in your approach to cultivating customer demand for our robots. You’ll write compelling prospecting emails, and follow up with insightful phone interactions, to ensure Avidbots understands and can meet each prospect’s unique cleaning requirements. With every customer interaction, you will prove Avidbots as a “trusted advisor”.
Preferred qualifications & key skills
Professional experience using one or more of the following tools: Salesforce.com, Pardot, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Inbox, etc.
Endless curiosity – you love asking questions, and learning in an agile environment
Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies
Experience or familiarity with prospecting leads
Fearless attitude – you are competitive, and bring a proven track record of achieving measurable goals
Self-awareness – you are a team player who is eager to contribute ideas, and knows how to both give and receive feedback constructively
Working experience as a quota-carrying salesperson
Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, listening, and comprehension
Very process driven (we may be small, but we run a tight ship!).
Detail oriented personality
Minimum qualifications
6 or more months of hands-on experience working in sales and/or with marketing tools
Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
