Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for Instructors or Course Creators. The Instructors or Course Creators will be responsible for creating high-quality course content, including instructional materials, assessments, and multimedia. They will also be responsible for providing feedback and support to learners, as well as continually improving and updating course content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in one or more fields
- Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging instructional content
- Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools
- Experience with multimedia production and digital presentation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Teaching experience or certification is a plus
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies is a plus
