This role will be office based at least 4 days a week, subject to change.

Responsibilities
As a member of the HR Department, this role will be responsible for providing general support including new hire Orientation schedules, ordering business cards, organizing and distribution of Canadian Leadership Team meeting agendas. Involvement with ad hoc HR projects as required
Provide support for events or meetings such as the National Sales Meeting, Founder’s Day activities, Canada Townhalls, Social events, and various in-house functions. Tasks include coordinating and communication of the agenda, managing participant list, arranging food and beverages, room set-up, etc.
Support Brand Marketing team with purchase order request and approval process.
Responsible for the tracking and replenishment of all office supplies nationally. Track all spends to ensure we stay within established budgets.
Liaise with Building Maintenance to arrange for any work maintenance items. and ensuring equipment is well maintained.
Provide support to Finance through liquor board program support, cheque deposits, etc.
Health and safety representative responsible for ensuring the safe evacuation of all employees during a fire, or drills. Ensure all employees are trained on proper fire evacuation procedures and protocols. Represent Bacardi at the landlord’s fire safety debriefs and trainings. Be an active member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
Responsible for general office administration Including but not limited to greeting guests, mail and courier distribution, kitchen and bar maintenance, and ticket/event management distribution
Manages the collection and submission of content for Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, and North American newsletters.
Responsible for providing general administrative support for Teams including HR, Finance, Marketing and Commercial areas and the General Manager/VP Canada.
Other ad hoc duties and projects as required
Skills and Experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Previous experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization is required.
Must be able to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
Demonstrated strength in customer service
Must be proficient in with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and TEAMS. Experience with SAP is an asset
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are required
