OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Client Services Intern who will collaborate with our teams in all stages of marketing campaigns. You will be coordinating and providing support in different stages and parts of the projects in a marketing agency, while gaining extensive experience to prepare you for an entry position in a fast paced work environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide assistance in the coordination of interactive programs and online campaigns from conception to launch
- Work closely with our Project Management and Production teams to produce successful campaigns
- With the help of the Project Management team, ensure that project objectives, timelines and milestones are met
- Execute various administrative work
- Input data into content management systems
- Execute quality control throughout the project’s life cycle
- Assist the Account Coordinator in activities that are crucial to flawless execution, including: research, meeting coordination, QA website development and/or deliverables, creation of content decks and gathering of assets
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. A working knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset
- University degree or college diploma in the field of marketing in progress
- Ideally you will have 6 months experience, working within a marketing environment
- Ability to think interactively
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
- Ability to deal with stress, pressure and tight deadlines, in order to prioritize actions
- Be organized with the ability to multitask, using good interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, outgoing and a team player
- Creative and innovative in approach
