What Will you Be Doing:

• Answering phone calls, emails and greeting guests as they arrive
• Processing check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and payments
• Explaining policies to guests
• Performing general administrative duties
• Communicating with other departments and team members
• Sharing information on points of interest and services in the community
• Meeting guests needs as requested and at times helping other departments do the same
• Maintaining the safety and upkeep of guest areas in the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property including the removal of snow and ice and other hazards
• Obeying all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately
• Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest needs
