HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Permanent Full-Time
70 Bi-Weekly Hours| Non-Union | Days
Baycrest provides care and service to approximately 2,000 people a day through a unique continuum of care system, ranging from wellness programs, residential housing and outpatient clinics, to a 472-bed nursing home, and a 300-bed complex continuing care facility with an acute care unit.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HR Managers in the confidential case management of complaints and investigations, as well as supporting the Health Human Resources strategy aligned with the Baycrest code of conduct and Baycrest values.
This role will be primarily responsible for conducting workplace investigations pursuant to Baycrests policies and procedures. This role also requires continuous collaboration within the Human Resources team, as well as the ability to partner with leaders across the organization. This role is critical to driving successful business outcomes, while enhancing the employee experience at Baycrest
