The Company
Bayswater Education is a large group of international language schools that’s growing. We have established locations in Canada and around the world. Our core values are based on corporate social responsibility and giving back to less advantaged students. We also believe in supporting our employees; experienced and caring leaders are in place who will support and mentor you as you take on more responsibilities and learn new skills.
Job Overview
The majority of our teaching is General English, although we will occasionally run specialty courses for Business English, IELTS preparation etc. Our students are mainly international adults, each looking to study to achieve their own personal goals. Class sizes can be anywhere from 2-16 students.
At this early stage, we are determined to get the best possible teachers onboard to help us get off on the right foot, so if you are just looking to pick up some extra hours, the number of lessons you take on can be flexible around you.
Our teachers are supported with regular check ins, PD sessions and a robust online platform to support learning and aid in planning.
