- Greet all Members and Guests, consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly services
- Assist the Club operation and provide supports to all Staff and Members as required
- Review daily events to be knowledgeable of daily functions, provide personalized direction to Member and Guests when possible
- Maintain an atmosphere which makes Members feel welcome
- Answer and direct phone calls in courteous, helpful, and professional manner
- Perform security patrols of the Club premises and provide access control for staff, contractors and any deliveries
- Monitor CCTV security cameras for all areas of the Club
- Complete incident and infractions reports, if any
- Responsible for leading emergency response to all emergency situations (i.e. Fire, Police, Ambulance)
- Report physical deficiencies, cleanliness and safety concerns
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing (Member file, chits, and other)
- Other administrative duties
- Must be a positive, organized and service-oriented person
- Previous administrative and front-line experience is an asset
- Computer literate in Jonas and other applications
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient verbal and written English skills
- Demonstrated ability to respond to Member needs and unpredictability, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Highly mature, responsible, and reliable
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week
