BBA Consultants Looking for Office Administrator – Document Control Support at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Your future role on our team

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include supporting the Office Director in his or her daily management tasks as well as supporting administrative / secretarial needs of staff as well as document control support.

• Answer general telephone calls
• Receive employee requests and, where necessary, refer employees to the appropriate resource
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and other activities;
• Manage visitor access to the office;
• Mail and courier management;
• Manage office supplies / inventory levels and general office maintenance;
• Liaise between staff in BBA’s various business units;
• Occasionally coordinate with building management;
• Format, revise and correct the language quality as well as the digital accuracy of documents, such as specifications, plans, reports, proposals, etc.
• Document control on projects – issue and receive documents in accordance with our document control procedures.

Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements

• Highly proficient in Word, Excel and other MS Office Suite software
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Be highly attentive to detail and known for your rigour at work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
• Any experience in the field of consulting engineering or any other professional service field would be a major asset
